About the Role

Support the Finance team by helping track and organize financial records. You'll assist with collecting receipts, confirming data, and supporting the Head of Finance with administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable with numbers, and values accuracy.

Requirements

Must be at least 15 years old
Available to commit up to 5 hours per week
Temple-connected preferred (alum, student, family, or community)
No prior experience required

1884 Stories Inc. is a nonprofit created by Temple University alumnae to keep our community connected long after graduation.

Our work includes the TempleMADE Family Reunion, year-round community experiences, and direct support through programs like the Next-Gen Wallet and the Village Fund. Everything we do is volunteer-led and rooted in care, creativity, and the belief that community should still work for us after college.
